1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to idcg8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and idcg8 ("idcg8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at idcg8.com. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with idcg8, including your registration, use of the platform, participation in games and wagering activities, and any financial transactions you conduct through the platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an idcg8 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. idcg8 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. Any individual found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• You are registering as an individual natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law, and you are solely responsible for verifying this before registering.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of idcg8 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been excluded from the idcg8 platform through a self-exclusion request or operator-initiated ban.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You undertake to notify idcg8 promptly of any changes to your registered details.

3. Account Management

Each player is entitled to register and maintain one single account on the idcg8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using identical or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party. idcg8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify idcg8 customer support immediately. idcg8 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.

idcg8 accounts are personal to the registered account holder and are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits, bonuses, or winnings to any other person.

idcg8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at registration or prior to processing any withdrawal request:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds
• Any other documentation reasonably requested by idcg8 for identity verification or anti-money laundering compliance purposes

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All idcg8 player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). idcg8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. Available methods may vary and are subject to change at idcg8's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. idcg8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposit processing times vary by method; mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally processed instantly, while bank transfers may take one to three business days.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. idcg8 reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: typically within 24 hours of approval
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank transfer: one to five business days
• USDT: within 24 hours of approval subject to blockchain network conditions

idcg8 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawals will not be processed where the requested amount exceeds verified deposited funds net of applicable wagering requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

idcg8 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. The availability, value, and terms of specific bonuses are published on the relevant promotional pages of the idcg8 platform and may be updated or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the applicable promotion. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the idcg8 platform — including live dealer casino games, Random Number Generator (RNG) table games, slot games, and all sportsbook betting markets — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market type, which are made available within the relevant game interface or betting section.

By placing a wager on any idcg8 game or betting market, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the rules of the game or market on which you are placing your wager.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or reversed except where expressly permitted by the applicable game or market rules.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the net losses you are willing to sustain.

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the idcg8 platform — including but not limited to the idcg8 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of idcg8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the idcg8 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any idcg8 content without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated earnings

idcg8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The idcg8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform at any time with or without prior notice.

12. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your idcg8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus requirements) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

idcg8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your financial institution
• Any conduct that idcg8 reasonably believes to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, idcg8 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance including real-money funds, bonus balances, and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming laws and the laws of the jurisdiction in which idcg8 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and idcg8, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. idcg8 will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent idcg8 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent any prohibited conduct.

14. Amendments to These Terms

idcg8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, idcg8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by publishing an updated version of the Terms on the platform with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the idcg8 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 above.
